Order

-I placed my order but did not receive confirmation

This is probably an error, check SPAM folders, otherwise contact BRS to correct the problem

-I placed my order more than 4 weeks ago, I have not received it yet

The products are mainly in Back order, due to manufacturing/sourcing times, check that the time announced at the top of the product page corresponds to the overall time, if necessary contact BRS for a quick ETA

General

-One part broke in the first year of use

Depending on the conditions, in accordance with BRS internal policy, the part can be replaced free of charge.

-I find that the holes in the parts are too tight, what should I do?

Depending on the location, my preference for my design/printing for thermoplastic parts is to be smaller than too large on the holes. By default I re-drill the holes with a drill bit of the diameter concerned, this allows precision without play which I think is more beneficial. You can obviously do it yourself if I forget a re-drilling.

Payment

-What are the payment methods

Paypal, Transfer, Cash, Credit card, Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, INJ, ...)

-I have a business, I'm interested in 30-day payment, what should I do?

For payment within 30 or 45 days, an email request must be made for validation. Where applicable, payments are made on the order date, or in certain cases on the delivery date.

-I have a business, is payment without VAT (taxes) possible?

BRS-Tech/BRS-ENGINEERING is a French microenterprise, therefore the prices displayed are excluding taxes, and not invoiced for all customers by default.

Delivery

-My order is incomplete

An oversight may occur due to non-homogeneity of orders. Contact BRS directly to check

-My order arrived damaged by the carrier

Contact BRS to assess the situation and resolve the problem

Returns

-I would like to return my order

Returns are possible, eligible depending on certain factors, for more information I encourage you to read this T&Cs

-I am not satisfied with the order

This can happen, contact BRS to find a solution as far. This will depend on the degree of customization of the order/Product and the reasons.

Licenses:

-I remixed a BRS-ENGINEERING product/CAD, can I publish it?

If the license is respected, credits made, mentioning BRS-Engineering, no problem.

Before making a publication including a remix, if you are unsure about the licensing level, contact me.

-I remixed a product/CAD from BRS-ENGINEERING, I publish it without respecting the license, by appropriating the intellectual rights.

This action is reprehensible because contrary to CC law, French law relating to intellectual property, and largely to international regulations.

Works protected by licenseCreative Commons comply with articles L. 123-1 to 12, but also with the exceptions provided for in articles L. 132-19 and L. 211-4. The scope, worldwide, is also identified and modeled on French law.

You can risk a lot if you break these rules: the “counterfeiting offense” can be punished with 3 years in prison and a fine of 300,000 euros (up to a fine of 750,000 for a company or legal entity).

Following an increase in "copies" outside the framework of CCs, in particular from individuals not hiding their negative intentions towards BRS-ENGINEERING, the CADs generated by BRS-ENGINEERING now have an invisible identification stamp allowing me to trace the origin .

BRS-ENGINEERING has had legal counsel since April 2024 in order to protect its intellectual property. Not stealing is simple, you have to respect the law. BRS-ENGINEERING has a zero tolerance policy on these subjects.

-I remixed a product/CAD from BRS-ENGINEERING, I want to sell it!

Depending on the license applied, an authorization request is necessary from BRS-ENGINEERING / Florent Broise / BRS-Tech, depending on the importance of the model applied to the activity of the BRS-Tech company, an exemption where common ground can be found
