Reasons for returning Vcore3 parts printed by BRS-ENGINEERING
BRS-E accepts returns for non-usable/non-functional parts, you can refer to the general conditions of sale available on the site https://www.brs-engineering.com/files/CGVBRS-TECH.pdf
An order validation intrinsically validates the agreement to the GCS, and to this document in precision for the parts of Vcore3
Returns are not valid for the following reasons:

“Inaccuracies” measured outside Ratrig CAD values (+/-0.2mm) Excluding measurement error, user or measuring instrument error (+/-0.05-0.01mm)
Pour rappel : Relative MO tolerances: -CNC: ± 0.025 – 0.125 mm -SLS : ± 0.2 mm -FDM : ± 0.3 mm -DMLS : ± 0.1 mm
Vernier calipers are available in large numbers, from 10And at 1500And, Variations in accuracy exist.
Its measurements are not 100% reproducible on an FDM part
If a dimension is inaccurate (<+- 0.2mm) without rendering the part fallible to its task, the return is not justifiable |

Each return request must be validated with BRS-E beforehand, personal initiatives will not be taken into account.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise decided by BRS-E.
The refund will be a solution on the decision of BRS-E, in compliance with the terms of the GTC available on the site.
BRS-E undertakes to be able to propose the replacement of problematic parts before discussing a refund (GTC)
If reimbursement has been decided and validated, a return of the parts will be necessary as well as a thorough verification of the reasons for the returns before any effective reimbursement.
If a reason is considered (after examination of the returned parts) as null or invalid, the parts will be reshipped to the customer at his expense on the basis of full postal pricing. If the customer refuses, BRS-E retains ownership of the parts and no refund will be made, unless otherwise decided by BRS-E.
The deadline for a return request is 14 days, EXCEPT for specific custom orders where there is no possibility of returns, unless otherwise specified by BRS-E in a specific context.
