[PPS-CF] VC4 CNC toolhead (Printed parts Only)

Printed parts set for the VC4 CNC toolhead, made of industrial grade PPS-CF10

Those kits fit exclusively the CNC VC4 Hotend 

PPS-CF is a composite blend made of polyphenylene sulfide and carbon fiber 

It is a semi-crystalline technical thermoplastic characterized by high resistance to heat and chemicals. 

With thermal stability from -100°C to over 285°C (HDT), PPS-CF is an ideal choice for applications requiring resistance in extreme temperatures. This material has excellent mechanical properties, including high toughness, strength, and wear resistance, however, it can be more brittle than materials than PA12-CF. Highly dielectric and low dissipation factor, further increase its attractiveness for electrical and electronic applications.

Those caracteristics are the closest from the PEEK, making it ideally suitable to difficult environment.

Allow multiple configurations across a wide selections of extruders and Hotends of the Market, direct metal contact.

Choose bellow the set corresponding to your needs:

-Start with the hotend / extruder couple type

-Then choose the part cooling type (Cpap or 4028 or Both if you want to upgrade or try later), then choose the toolboad you have with the machine layout (single toolhead or IDEX).

Printed parts set from BRS comes natively with all insert installed, parts are annealed like always to get the best from those composites
