AWD modules for Vcore ALL Vcore (except hybrid)
Based on my "best seller" product, I present you the BRS-AWD V2.2, now fully adaptable on ANY VCORE machine, from the 3.0 to the 4.1, with only one CAD and 0 compromises.
The simplest and most effective system to get better prints at hi-speed for any VCORE
As most people are focused on the single toolhead setup, Hybrid CoreXY is focused for IDEX layouts. Here the BRS-AWD V2 will unlock some cool specs:
-Way less complex than the Hybrid layout: This give you less parts, less variables, leading to a better reliability, a better calibration, and way less maintenance. Beside that, the system is more balanced.
-On the performance side, no need to proove AWD layouts legendary performances, it improves single toolhead acceleration and speed, but more importantly the print quality
-Easy assembly, no modifications of the frame needed, no need of Enclosure modifications. Require at least 30-60mm more belt lenght
-Integrated brand new coaxial belt tensionner
-The more dense mechanism made on any BRS upgrade so far for a small form factor

The New COAXIAL TENSIONNER:
As the metal VCORE 4.0/4.1 stock tensionner will be removed, a new tensionner mechanism has been developped to fit the need, and to make the system as dense as possible:
Design keypoints:
-Use LDO-42STH48-2504AH(S37)(Speedy power HT) for this setup, you can use another motor type but it needs to match the rear motors (same brand same model) and need at least a 37mm shaft
-Delete the need of couplers and shafts like the old AWD
-Anchor points to ensure a perfect stability
-No Y loss, the Y endstop justneed to be relocated in the AWD lower section

The Kit:
It features all the bolts, screws, bearings, always with premium quality, and PA12CF15 annealed printed parts. But without the 2x drivers and the 2x motors.

It comes partially preassembled, you just need to place it on the machine!
And as always, an assistance at any moment with a lifetime warranty ;)
Compatibility:
- COMPATIBLE WITH: VCORE 4.0, VCORE 4.1, VCORE 3.0, VCORE 3.1, VCORE 3.2H, Z-Upgrade 3.0
- This AWD V2 mod is compatible ONLY with the CoreXY Layout, this mod is not compatible with Hybrid layout (yet)
- It need at least the Enclosure 2.0 layout on the VC3.0/3.1 to fit the module

Vcore 3.x Compatibility:
-
COMPATIBLE WITH: VCORE 3.1 with Enclosure 2.0, Stock Z, Z-Upgrade 2.8DE
- If you got the rear FMMM system, no need to get any mirrored part kit, just mirror the hardware to match the manual
Note:
For Vcore 4.0: AWD distribute Torque and Power on X and Y equally. Hybrid double the Power to Y only. Seeing better values on Y isnt suprising, and was basically expected. AWD has not been made to beat a number on Y stat, It has been made to improve a standard CoreXY machine without going with the addition of 2 belt path and overal part complexity leading to potential issues. On the other side, AWD distribute power overal the system and on same belts, this contribute to a cleaner motion despite all values you can find on a shaper graph, with minimal belt stress since they get relayed in the front corners. Actually the AWD 2.0 will be tried in addition of an Hybrid system, leading to a 6x motors drived gantry with a drastic improvment at the end. Note that Y graphs are harder to get clean because of the variable on this axis, preliminary tests showed perfect graphs on both X and Y, (ZV or MZV), Here some parasite spike are potentially due to screws tightening or othe companment a bit loose, and is dependent of the assembly.
