Vcore CNC toolhead mod made by Cristian, evolution of the previous VZbot toohead chassis to fit VCORE 4 Single and IDEX. Allow you to swap to a full métal version for those critical parts

This toolhead allow you to make the whole system lighter, more stiff, and durable across your printing experience. The shaper will be enhanced, even with the IDEX configuration, very heavy on the stock system. This is a very nice looking solution too, to fit your existing CNC parts from Mandala Rose Work by exemple.

Available in 'raw silver' or 'anodized black', 'with' or 'without' printed Parts (PPS-CF/PA12CF15)

MOUNTING

Allow multiple configurations across a wide selections of extruders and Hotends of the Market, direct metal contact.

Printed Parts Associated

Those carriages are compatible with a specific set of parts

They allow few configurations:

You can choose among a lot of option bellow, the carriages themselves alone with the screws set, or you can add the PA12CF, PPS-CF parts to get a full high quality set ready to install

Note that a part set is composed with the 40mm fan option AND Cpap layout, and all Fan parts for all hotends

Printed parts set from BRS comes natively with all insert installed, parts are annealed like always to get the best from those composites

DISCLAIMER:

When using the Chube Air or Chube conduction, the y offset for the Beacon probe needs to be increased since the probe has the been moved back so that it is not affected by the heat radiating from this hotend. Therefore, the following has to be added to your printer.cfg:

y_offset: 27.5

Please note that the printed part files are not compatible with the stock RatRig toolhead.
